Great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. The King room (at least it said so in the booking) was spacious, had everything needed for a short term stay and the room was really quiet. In addition, it was pretty easy to make the room dark so I could rest for a long trip during the day time as well. Some people would say that the location is not great, but as the city centre is approx 10 min away with metro and the metro stop is basically next to the hotel, I found the location great. In addition there is a shopping mall next to the hotel, so you can easily go to a pharmacy or groceries, or in my case, buy new clothes as mu luggage did not arrive on time. I could have booked a hotel in the city centre, but the price difference was huge + you could never get the same standard hotel with this price in the centre.

Location was excellent, we arrived over the Oresund from Sweden and the hotel was so easy to find. The underground car park is spacious and the access ramp not too steep. Our room was spacious, stylish and comfortable, the bathroom well equipped and all very clean. The Bark restaurant was excellent, the food very good and the staff very friendly and helpful, the foyer area with the indoor garden is a lovely place to sit. The nearest Metro station is less than 5 minutes walk away taking you into central Copenhagen in around 10 minutes, very clean and efficient.

Very close to the Royal Arena, where friends and I are attending a concert. Their atrium was beautiful with exotic plants and just refreshing to look at, be in and surrounded with. Two restos for breakfast, your own choice where to sit. We had after-concert drinks at Bark Bar and there was a party vibe - free to dance and just hygge with friends. Amazing view of the city and the Øresund from our room on 21st floor.

I could not have asked for a better hotel! Location was superb as I only came to see a concert: 10 minutes by train from the airport, 3 minutes' walk to Royal Arena. View from my room on the 24th floor was absolutely breathtaking and was better than any tv. Excellent breakfast was served in a wonderfully spacious restaurant. Room service was friendly and quick.

The room was good and the bed was awesome, providing good sleep. my husband enjoyed sitting on the arm chair. The view from the room was spectacular at night. We enjoyed breakfast but opted to eat later than usual. The location was the best for us. we ere 10 mins away from the airport and taxi service was superb.
